VOICEOVER
Controls say what they do.
Primary camera, lens, capture-mode, Roll, photo-detail, sharing, saving, and deletion controls expose VoiceOver labels and state where applicable. The current interface uses stable accessibility identifiers as part of automated UI testing.
REDUCED MOTION
Feedback without unnecessary movement.
The app observes the system Reduce Motion preference for its shutter feedback and camera-tour transitions. Essential state changes remain visible without requiring decorative motion.
TOUCH TARGETS
Small controls keep a larger target.
Interactive camera controls are designed with at least 44-point touch targets even when the visible label or icon is smaller. Photo detail disables competing paging and dismissal gestures while an image is zoomed.
VISUAL DESIGN
A restrained, high-contrast camera surface.
The camera uses a dark interface with bright active controls and a yellow selected state. Selected controls combine color with shape, text, or position where possible. System status and permission surfaces remain native iOS UI.
CURRENT LIMITATIONS
What we are not claiming yet.
The camera layout intentionally uses compact, fixed-size labels to preserve a stable viewfinder. Full Dynamic Type support has not yet been validated across the entire camera UI. Voice Control, Switch Control, and every VoiceOver capture path still require a dedicated release audit before they are represented in App Store accessibility labels.
